I was looking at getting the 2012 Sonata for the last 6 months. I dealt with another salesperson at another dealership for a few of those months and was not happy with the final experience. I choose to call Homer Skelton and speak with Joe Wilder. On a Wednesday I told Joe what I was looking for, within a few hours he had found the car in another state that matched my needs. Thursday I went in and signed paperwork and Friday the car arrived on the lot. I drove away with a brand new car on Saturday. When I started the process with Joe he asked about financing which I had already lined up. He asked if I wanted to see what Hyundai Finance had to offer. I did. They beat my other apr by more than 2.5%. Not only did I get the car I wanted - I got better financing. My experience with Joe Wilder and the team was a fantastic one. I will be recommending him to my family and friends.

Joe Wilder was so knowledgeable of our Genesis 4.6. Some of our friends purchased from the Winchester location, and did not have a favorable experience. We spoke so highly of our experience and the people from Joe, Tony, and the folks in the service department that our friends will now be bringing their new Sonata over to the Wolfchase location to use the excellent service department and to have some of the features in their automobile explained to them. Probably the best car buyuing experience I've ever had. The salesman didn't play games or try to haggle, he just gave us info and let us work through the decisions. The only thing that wasn't "Top Notch" was having to get the car we wanted from another dealer 150 or so miles away, but even that was handled quickly and conveniently for us. The only thing that would keep me from returning to this dealership next time would be moving out of the area!

I have a very demanding position and buying/leasing a car can be a time consuming and very trying experience. I have owned 2 BMW's,a Lexus and two Infiniti's over the past several years and I have worked with several car salespersons. I have not meet anyone that makes choosing and purchasing an automobile as pleasant and worry free as Paula Meek. I entered the process with very specific ideas regarding what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Of note I was coming out of an Infinity lease and they were offering very attractive terms for renewing with them. As luck would have it the Hyundai and Infiniti dealerships are directly adjacent to one another which made comparison shopping easy for me.
